Reports and consults with Judges, County Board Supervisors, the Family Court Commissioner, Court Commissioners, and Judicial support staff regarding records operations and coordination.Ħ. ![]() Represents Department to other agencies and the public. Works in conjunction with Winnebago County Human Resources regarding Clerk of Courts staff hiring, transfers/promotions, discipline/discharge. Plans and reviews deputies’ work, maintains standards, and prepares annual performance evaluations. This reporting is required in order for the Courts to receive grant money from the State.Ĥ.Ěssigns Deputy Clerks’ tasks. Prepares the Annual Report of Actual Costs to the Director of State Courts. Prepares, recommends and monitors annual department operating budget including various cost centers.ģ. Plans and implements the manual and automated maintenance policies and procedures for Circuit Court records, documents, files and exhibits, for civil, criminal, traffic, family, small claims, citations, and forfeiture cases.Ģ.
